30-Day Return Policy

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a statutory right to a 14-day cooling-off period. At Igor & Hendrix, we extend this to a 30-day return window for your peace of mind. That means if you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery for a refund.

Easy Refund Process

Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

To be eligible for returns, items must be unused and in their original condition, unopened (if applicable), with all original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Items that show signs of use or damage not caused during delivery may not be eligible for a full refund.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We’ll evaluate the issue and work quickly to resolve it.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product and placing a new order once your refund has been processed. This ensures faster availability and accurate stock handling.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing typically occurs within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to finalise the refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or sent in error.

You must ship your return to the address provided in your return confirmation email.

No Restocking Fees

We do not charge restocking fees. We aim to keep returns simple and stress-free.
